Shipping & Handling

Domestic

CONRADO ships using USPS, UPS or FEDEX for domestic orders. Orders are processed and shipped from Martha's Vineyard within 1- 5 business days of purchase. All shipments are tracked to ensure delivery. Arrival of shipment is approximately 3 - 10 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. 

When a free shipping code is used, we only use ground services. Unless we are notified via a note or email. The customer will have to pay for upgraded shipping. 

CONRADO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered or packages damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped. 

We are humans running a small business packing your orders with utmost care. We may have errors but know that we pack it with love. If you have any concerns, please email at info@shopconrado.com and we will try to help you. 

 

Store Pick-Ups

We’ll process your online order for in-store pick-up within 24 to 48 hours, depending on our store hours. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive an email confirmation with pick-up details, including which of our locations to visit.

When picking up your order, please bring a copy of your receipt so we can verify your purchase.

 

International

All international orders are shipped via DHL. Deliveries and pricing vary by destination and weight. Arrival of package is approximately 1 - 3 weeks.  There are no returns or exchanges on international orders.

 

Orders in The Philippines

Please contact us at info@shopconrado.com for any inquiries for orders in the Philippines. We are able to sell certain styles in the Metro Manila area via pick-up only. Email us and we can coordinate with you.
