CONRADO is a small business, so please understand that our policies reflect the personal care that goes into our product.
If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know. We try our best to accommodate any issue.
We are happy to exchange any full priced, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of delivery date of your order. All items returned for an exchange must have their original tags. Before exchanging an item, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. This will ease and speed up the return process for an exchange. Packages should be postmarked via USPS within 7 days of receipt and tracking information sent to us.
Because we are a small business and we have limited stocks, we cannot guarantee that we will have the same style, color, or fabric of your choice. Exchanged merchandise will be eligible for store credit. Returns of good can be shipped using any method of shipping, at the customer's expense. Please be sure to include tracking with your order.
Any products listed as FINAL SALE may not be returned or exchanged.
International orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged as well.
CONRADO sources our fabrics through our travels. We mostly source them from local, family-owned fabric stores that specialize in deadstock, run-off and second-hand fabrics. We do this to support local economies and especially to cut down on waste. As a result, we sometimes cannot provide the exact fiber contents of the fabrics we purchase. When we have the information, we disclose fabric content. CONRADO shall not be liable to you for any damages that result from the use of the materials. You use CONRADO products at your own risk. We do our best to provide care instruction that we believe is best for the material. We only strive to find and provide in a responsible way and in an environmentally friendly manner.
