Gather with us in our space for a restorative New Moon Sound Bath with Trish of Sound + Soul MV. This special gathering is created to support your body, mind, and spirit with grounding energy and intentional stillness as we move into the fresh beginnings of the New Moon on Sunday, January 18: a moment perfect for reflection, release, and setting gentle intentions for the cycle ahead.
Trish will guide us through an immersive sound bath experience that uses vibration, breath, and deep listening to help calm the nervous system and invite rest. Held in community in the warm glow of our shop, this is a time to soften, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and find balance within.
Doors open at 2:30 PM
Arrive early to get settled, connect with others, and sip tea before the sound bath begins. After the journey, stay awhile to enjoy the space, sip more tea, and take home a small gift bag as a thank-you for participating.
Please bring:
– Your own yoga mat
– A blanket and/or pillow for comfort
Bring anything that will make you feel comfortable laying on the floor.
Space is limited to keep the experience intimate and nourishing.
